“How to Develop a Meeting and Event Risk Management Playbook”

Only 40 attendees will leave the course with their very own copy of the newly published “Meeting & Event Risk Management Guide”, which is valued at $120, along with templates to help create their company’s very own customized playbook and so much more. This honestly is a NOT TO BE MISSED EVENT!

Attendees will use a specific meeting “case study” and build the actual risk management strategy for that meeting to include:

  1. Assess and determine their organization’s current state of preparedness
  2. Learn how to keep their attendees safe and actions to meet their legal obligations
  3. Identify the resources and response team needed to develop a crisis response plan
  4. Learn how to recover and evaluate!
Everyone remembers where they were on 911 ~ and in today’s ever-changing world, as Meeting & Event Professionals we all have a responsibility to learn how to assess our organizations’ true state of preparedness and mitigate meeting crises on the spot!

Led by duty of care expert Brenda Rivers, founder and CEO of Andavo Meetings, Incentives and Consulting, and (2) expert First Responders, they’ll engage you in an interactive training process to fulfill your duty of care! Using actual crisis scenario exercises, planners will learn how to develop a replicable risk management strategy for their meetings so their team will know what to do in the first ten minutes of a crisis and learn how to guide their team to safety!

Hands On Training includes (2) Expert First Commanders:
Paul Frederick, CPP, CLSD
Commander Nicholas L. Gernon
Paul Frederick, CPP, CLSD
