She has 10 years of experience in the Energy, Healthcare, Life Sciences, BioTechnology, Medical Devices, and Laboratory Equipments industry. She has grown along the way, starting from Project, Sales, Marketing to Channel Management. She was engaged in B2C and B2B in Turkey and Europe.

Melis is the founder of MeLway Consultancy, with her track record of harnessing people, technology, and processes to drive organizational change and business transformation that delivers sustainable competitive advantages by taking into account the maturity, capability, and workforce dimensions of a company.

She is passionate about digital transformation and actively engaged in the Internet of Things, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Augmented Reality.
