July 2019 Advanced Planner Roundtable
The 3 topics for this roundtable are:
•Best practices relating to Airport Transportation (including Departure Notices)
•Tips for developing accurate meetings budgets/forecasts
•How can we best develop the planners/team members around us
These roundtables are for high-level PLANNERS ONLY and will allow you to collaborate with like-minded colleagues, discuss issues and solutions unique to you, and have the opportunity for some quality networking!
You are an Advanced Planner if you have any THREE of the four below:
•You have worked in a role where full service meeting planning is your primary function for 10 or more years.
•You have the title of Senior, Manager or Director (or equivalent).
•You act as a lead planner on annual International program(s).
•You act as a lead planner on meetings with a total annual spend of $5 million or more.
