Conversations that Connect: Let’s Click not Crash

Our intrinsic wiring pulls us towards connection, irrespective of our differences. Yet, societal norms often drive wedges based on those same attributes. Discover with Hilary how we can harness our diverse strengths, elevate self-awareness, and diminish self-conscious barriers. Her 'Activating Presence' approach, coupled with the transformative 'BASA' conversation technique, illuminates the path to genuine relationships while valuing individual uniqueness.

    Learner Objectives:
    1. Create connection that matters
    2. Embrace the power of embodied communication
    3. Own the awkward for relationship success

Navigating Challenging Conversations: Tools for PushBack, Lack of Understanding, and Defensiveness

Navigating challenging conversations can be a daunting task, but it doesn't have to leave you feeling defeated or discouraged. In fact, with the right tools and a strategic mindset, these conversations can become opportunities for growth, understanding, and resolution.

    Learner Objectives:
    1. Move toward resolution without heightened conflict
    2. Communicate successfully with differing perspectives
    3. Activate relationship vs. siloing in conversation

Instead of shying away, you can consider challenging conversations as avenues for constructive change. We want to foster understanding, explore solutions, and ultimately find common ground or resolution. It can transform confrontations into opportunities for productive dialogue and mutual success. 1. 2. 3.
