As part of raising awareness of human trafficking within our chapter, on Saturday, November 16th we are again volunteering to serve lunch at Covenant House, a local shelter that takes in juveniles who are victims of human trafficking. The Covenant House is an international organization, spanning over 6 countries and 30 cities. Their Georgia branch opened in 2000 and has served more than 18,000 homeless, runaway and trafficked youth in Atlanta. At Covenant House, the victims are provided unconditional love and comprehensive support during their formative years so that the youth can and will realize their fullest potential. The youth are empowered to finish high school, start college, gain employment, live independently, and ultimately step out into the world knowing they are prepared to be successful.

Covenant House Georgia
We are much more than a shelter. We provide unconditional love and comprehensive support so that our youth can and will realize their fullest potential. In fact, seeing their potential is our greatest motivation. We are optimistic about the power of a stable, loving environment to inspire a fresh start in their lives. It is a privilege to support our youth during some of their most formative years. We empower them to finish high school, start college, gain employment, live independently, and ultimately step out into the world knowing they are prepared to be successful.
